New Sunday School class will begin on Sunday, January 8th and will be on 2nd and 4th Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m. Bro. Neil will be teaching, "What is a United Methodist". This will be for all age groups who desire to learn more about our church and our denomination.
Kentucky Annual Conference Martin Luther King Celebration: Saturday January 14th, 2012 at St. Paul UMC in Frankfort from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. There is a $5.00 charge for lunch and there will be a choice of two workshops to attend. If interested please register at www.kyumc.org.
The Glasgow/Barren County Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration youth service will be on Sunday January 15th at 6 p.m. and a memorial service on Monday, January 16th at noon beginning at the courthouse steps then proceeding to the First Baptist Church on South Lewis Street.
The 2012 ER Missions Kickoff Fellowship meal will be held on January 15th, 2012 at Highland UMC in Burkesville. Time to be announced next week.
